    Each product used during your treatment is geared toward addressing your hair & scalp concerns.

  • Absolutely!

    We have 6 treatment types so if you already know what you're looking for then great! If you have no idea, that's fine as well.

    Every treatment begins with a consultation with your Hair Therapist to discuss your hair & scalp concerns. Your Hair Therapist will evaluate & recommend which treatment & enhancements are best for you!

  • We recommend once a month for optimal results. However, you are welcome & encouraged to receive as many treatments as desired!

  • Our booking system collects your credit card information to hold your appointment; however, you will not be charged until you complete your appointment & check out.

    If you intend on paying with a gift card or another card, no problem! The credit card is still required to hold the appointment, but we will redeem the gift card or other card at time of checkout.

  • Absolutely! You have the option to select at the time of your online booking or if you call to book.

    Please be aware that schedules can change so if your requested Hair Therapist becomes unavailable, we will inform you beforehand.

  • Every visit starts with a consultation with your Hair Therapist to discuss your hair & scalp concerns & hair care routine. Each treatment is customized to your needs & is tailored to help achieve what you're looking for!

  • We partner with the best brands to help achieve the best results. We currently use R+Co, R+Co Bleu, Innersense & Act + Acre.

  • Yes, we sell R+Co, R+Co Bleu & Act + Acre.

  • Our consultation and shampoo area is semi-private & our treatment rooms are completely private.

  • Absolutely not.  All products are vegan, cruelty free, silicon free, sulfate free, paraben free & gluten free.  

  • Absolutely! Please make sure to indicate on your intake form (or let your Hair Therapist know) if you are pregnant or breastfeeding & your treatment will be tailored accordingly.

  • Yes!  

  • No!  All our products are safe for color treated hair.

  • If you chose to leave with your deep conditioning treatment in), we advise you rinse out 6 – 12 hours following treatment with a small amount of shampoo.  

  • Indicate your allergies on your intake form & inform your Hair Therapist. We will accommodate your treatment around them.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 requires parental consent. Any client under 18 must have their intake form signed by their parent or guardian in person before their first appointment.

    This includes a 50-Minute or 80-Minute Treatment and other perks! Your membership auto-renews each month, and you are free to cancel at any time. Please note that membership payments are final sale and non-refundable.

    Treatments roll over from month to month – you don’t lose them unless you cancel your membership!

    • $90 for 50-Minute Treatment

    • $30 to turn your 50-Minute Treatment into an 80-Minute Treatment

    • $110 for 80-Minute Treatments between services

  • You’re billed every month on the date you signed up for your membership. If you signed up March 3rd, your next payment would be April 3rd.

  • Memberships can be cancelled. Please note that if you’ve accrued treatments, you will lose them once you cancel your membership. There is a 1-year commitment for Founders Memberships.

  • For no-shows or any cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment, we charge 100% of the cost of your service.

    However, if you call to cancel more than 12 hours before your appointment, there are no fees.


  • We get it … life happens.

  • If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call us. If we don’t have an appointment after your scheduled time, we will accommodate.

    If there is another appointment after yours, you can re-schedule or still come in knowing your appointment will be cut short to accommodate our next guest.

  • We’ll gladly accept the return of unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
