  • Can I pick my service?
    Absolutely! We have 6 treatment types so if you already know, that’s great. If you have no idea, your Hair Therapist will evaluate and recommend which treatment is best for you.
  • Can I request a specific Hair Therapist?
    Absolutely! You can select at the time of your booking, no problem. Please be aware that schedules can change and things come up, so if your requested Hair Therapist becomes unavailable, we will inform you beforehand.
  • Do you provide consultations for your Milk Bath Treatments?
    Every Milk Bath visit starts with an efficient, results-oriented consultation with your Hair Therapist. As a result, your Milk Bath treatment is customized to your specific needs on the day of the treatment.
  • Why is a credit card required at the time of booking?
    Our booking system collects your credit card information to hold your appointment; however, you will not be charged until you complete your appointment and check out. If you intend on paying with a gift card or another card, no problem! The credit card is still required to hold the appointment, but we'll redeem the gift card or other credit card at time of checkout.
  • Will my hair be washed during my Milk Bath Treatment?
    Yes! Every treatment includes a scalp detox wash plus a shampoo.
  • What can I expect during a Milk Bath Treatment?
    Milk Bath treatments are customized for each client but always include a consultation with a Hair Therapist, in-depth look at your scalp with our HD cameras, scalp detox scrub, shampoo, deep conditioning mask, scalp massage (a lot of this!), hand, foot and decolletage massage and a rinse out (unless you opt to leave with your deep conditioning mask in).
  • How often should I get a Milk Bath treatment?
    We recommend at least once a month for optimal results. However, you are welcome and encouraged to receive as many treatments as desired!
  • What types of products do you use during Milk Bath Treatments?
    We have partnered with some of the best brands in the industry to get you the best results. We’re currently using R+Co, R+Co Bleu, Innersense and Act + Acre. We’re constantly searching for the best brands to deliver the best results!
  • Can I come in more than once a month?
    Absolutely! Some clients come in weekly, some come in every other week. It’s up to you!
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I start a Milk Bath membership?
    You can sign up in person at Milk Bath.
  • Can I share my membership?
    At this time, only the member can use the membership so enjoy!
  • How do I update my credit card information that is linked to my membership?

  • How much does a Milk Bath membership cost?
    You pay $110 each month. This includes a 50-Minute Treatment and other perks! Your membership auto-renews each month, and you are free to cancel at any time. Please note that membership payments are final sale and non-refundable.
  • What’s the cost for an additional Milk Bath Treatment if I’m a member?
    $90 for 50-Minute Treatment $30 to turn your 50-Minute Treatment into an 80-Minute Treatment $120 for 80-Minute Treatments between services
  • What does a Milk Bath membership entail?
    (1) 50-minute treatment per month 50% off all enhancements (excluding the Simple Style) Free Birthday Month enhancement Free enhancement when you bring a friend 15% off retail Access to exclusive events & perks Treatments do rollover from month to month – you don’t lose them unless you cancel your membership!

  • How do I refer someone?
    You must be a Milk Bath member to refer someone. If you are, just have the new clients you refer mention your name when booking (online or in person) and/or at check out! We'll apply all credits once the new client checks out.
  • Do my referral benefits expire?
    No. As long as you keep your Milk Bath membership, your referral benefits don’t expire.
  • Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
    Absolutely not – refer away!
  • How much does it cost?
    Founding Memberships cost $110/month. This cost is guaranteed for the first 2 years from Milk Bath opening.
  • What’s included in my membership?
    Everything that is included in the regular Milk Bath membership at the $110/month rate (guaranteed for the first 2 years from Milk Bath opening).
  • How do I sign up to be a Founding Member?
    You will have the opportunity to become a Founding Member by becoming a member within the first 6 months of a Milk Bath location opening.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For no-shows or any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, we charge a fee of $50. However, if you call to cancel over 24 hours before your appointment, there are no fees.
  • Can I return a product I purchased?
    We’ll gladly accept the return of unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
  • What is your late policy?
    If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call us. If we don’t have an appointment after your scheduled time, then we will accommodate. If there is another appointment after yours, you can re-schedule or still come in knowing your appointment will be cut short to accommodate our next guest.
  • How do I cancel my appointment?
